What to Do If Your Package Arrives... Mutated

Occasionally, interplanetary radiation or space pirates cause unexpected package transformations.

If your item arrives damaged or mutated:

1. Take a photo of the affected item (preferably before it evolves).

2. Submit a Return Claim through your account portal.

3. Our inspection team (and Dr. Zoidberg) will review your claim.

4. You’ll receive a refund, replacement, or complimentary cryo-freeze voucher.
